 SCHEDULE A VISIT

Thank you for your interest in visiting our school! Our college visit schedule for 2023 runs from Monday, September 11 to Friday, April 26.

To schedule a visit please go to the Naviance Counselor Community. Log in or create an account if you don’t have one, search Hmong College Prep Academy (MN), then select the date and time that works best for you.

Additional details:

• For the 2023-24 school year all college visit options at HCPA can be either an in-person traditional visit or virtual visi
• All visits are scheduled to last about 30 minutes.
• If one of the times does not work for you, please let us know and we will find a time that does fit into your schedule.  You matter to us!!! 
• Please note: the week of the Minneapolis National College Fair and the week following the TCP Fair can be extremely busy, so we encourage you to think about attending our Mini College Fair on Tuesday, October 3 from 8:00-9:30 am.
• If you attend a mini college fair, we will not be able to accommodate you for an individual high school visit until the spring. To register for a mini college fair, please go to the Naviance Counselor Community. DURING YOUR VISIT
When arriving in person, please follow the signs for visitor parking and check-in at Door A You will need a photo ID to sign in.

Our students and one of our college counselors will meet with you to learn as much as possible about your school's distinctive features, programs, admissions policies, and financial aid and scholarship opportunities.

COLLEGE FAIRs 2023/24

· Tuesday, October 3 for Out of State Colleges 

· Wednesday, February 28^th Spring College Fair (over 100 colleges in attendance)

Details for the Out of State College Fair:

· 7:15 am to 7:55 = set up and Breakfast.

· 8:00 am to 9:30 am = “Out of State” college fair.

· Space is limited to 20 colleges.
