Graduation Information Update: 6/9/2021

• We are able to provide an additional 2 tickets for a total of 4 tickets per graduate. The additional tickets will be available on Friday, June 11th for pickup. 
• Graduation Ceremony will be Friday, June 11th at 6pm. Parents and guests can start arriving at 5:30pm.
• Graduates, should arrive at HCPA on Friday, June 11th at 3pm so that we can go over  graduation logistics. You do not need to wear your graduation cap and gown yet, BUT you must bring it as you will not have time to go home to change. ***Senior ladies, please wear comfortable shoes. If you plan to change into heels, you may do so before the graduation ceremony begins.
• Honors stoles will be given on Friday, June 11th when you come onsite for graduation.
• It will be a long day. HCPA will provide a small meal for the graduates before the ceremony begins.
• Graduates should report to the big gym at 3pm. DO NOT BE LATE!!! Please enter through Door C, Main Office.
• All graduates will be taking graduation photos at 4:30pm. It will be a headshot that is taken by photographers provided by HCPA.
• Parking will be available in the ramp. When you arrive, we will have HCPA staff directing you. 
• Flowers and small balloons are allowed. Please keep any large items, such as large balloons at home or in your vehicles.
• We are excited and look forward to celebrating the Class of 2021!

• Graduates can pick up their graduation tickets starting Monday, June 7th at 10am by Door K, same as the food pick up door.
• Any students that will not be graduating will be notified. If you are unsure of your graduation status, please contact the counseling office.
• Graduation Ceremony will be Friday, June 11th at 6pm. Parents and guests can start arriving at 5:30pm. Seating will be done in pairs of two. 
• Graduates should arrive at HCPA on Friday, June 11th at 3pm so that we can go over  graduation logistics. • Every graduating senior will be receiving 2 tickets to the graduation ceremony. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are taking extra precautions and limiting our ticket numbers. We apologize for any inconveniences.
• Graduation tickets will be distributed starting Monday, June 7th. Tickets will only be given to students who will be graduating. Students can come to the Main Office to pick up their tickets.

Hello graduating class of 2021

This is where you will send your senior quote, photo, and goodbye message. The deadline for submitting the survey is June 12th; all submissions received after that date will be rejected. Keep in mind that anything you submit must be acceptable for school; if it is not, the yearbook team will not use it and will contact you. The yearbook will be paid for by the school, and the only requirement is that you must graduate to get the senior yearbook. The yearbook will not be available until a little after the graduation ceremony. When the yearbook is finished, the yearbook team will notify everyone.
