Equipment / Resource Drop Off Update
Posted by Tony Hang on 6/10/2020 10:00:00 AMHello Parents and Families,
We look forward to seeing you next week at our Chromebook and Distance Learning Material Return. June 15th– 22nd will be an opportunity to return all HCPA-issued Chromebooks, library and classroom books, instruments, and distance learning materials, including packet work from distance learning in K-5. It will also be a chance for all K-12 students to pick up any personal materials or belongings that may be in desks, lockers, or cubbies. This will be a drive up event – you will not need to leave your vehicle to enter the building. We care about keeping you, your family, and our staff safe and healthy. As a result, if you or a member of your household has been sick, we ask that you please do not come to the drop-off. Please contact Cindy Jones, our Dean of Students, at 651-336-2630 to arrange an alternative date and time.
To prepare and assist with this process, please ensure you, your family, and your students do the following:
- Charge Chromebooks and label them with the student’s name and ID number prior to arriving.
- Wind up all charging cords.
- If you are returning any library, curriculum, or classroom books, please label them with a sheet of paper stating the student’s name, ID number, and teacher.
- Distance learning packets should be labeled with student name and grade level.
The schedule for dropping off HCPA materials and picking up personal belongings is as follows:
- June 15 - K, 5th & Seniors - 9am-3pm
- June 16 - 1st, 6th & 11th - 9am-3pm
