    Yearbook Update!
Thank you everyone for your patience as we work with the yearbook and custom diploma cover company to confirm a timeframe for arrival. Due to Covid, many of the printing plants were shut down, causing delays in production. We have been notified that they are in the production line however a timeframe has not been issued.

Diploma covers are due to arrive last week of July. We will be communicating to you all shortly.

Once we get an update, we will inform everyone.

    Thank you!

  • Equipment / Resource Drop Off Update

Posted by Tony Hang on 6/10/2020 10:00:00 AM

    Hello Parents and Families,

We look forward to seeing you next week at our Chromebook and Distance Learning Material Return.  June 15th– 22nd will be an opportunity to return all HCPA-issued Chromebooks, library and classroom books, instruments, and distance learning materials, including packet work from distance learning in K-5.  It will also be a chance for all K-12 students to pick up any personal materials or belongings that may be in desks, lockers, or cubbies.  This will be a drive up event – you will not need to leave your vehicle to enter the building.  We care about keeping you, your family, and our staff safe and healthy.  As a result, if you or a member of your household has been sick, we ask that you please do not come to the drop-off.  Please contact Cindy Jones, our Dean of Students, at 651-336-2630 to arrange an alternative date and time.

To prepare and assist with this process, please ensure you, your family, and your students do the following:

    • Charge Chromebooks and label them with the student’s name and ID number prior to arriving.
    • Wind up all charging cords.
    • If you are returning any library, curriculum, or classroom books, please label them with a sheet of paper stating the student’s name, ID number, and teacher.
    • Distance learning packets should be labeled with student name and grade level.

The schedule for dropping off HCPA materials and picking up personal belongings is as follows:

    • June 15 -  K, 5th & Seniors - 9am-3pm
    • June 16 - 1st, 6th & 11th - 9am-3pm
    • June 17 - 2nd, 7th & 10th - 9am-3pm
    • June 18 - 3rd, & 9th - 9am-3pm
    • June 19 - 4th & 8th - 9am-3pm
    • June 22 - 12pm - 6pm for parents and guardians who are unavailable during normal pickup hours.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you next week!

    Dear Parents/Students,

The safety of our staff, families and community is foremost important in our minds.  With that being said, the decision has been made to cancel on-site school events this week.

The School Building will be closed during June 1 -5.  If necessary, a few of our safety personnel will be allowed to go and make sure the school buildings are safe and not been vandalized.

The following onsite school events will be postponed until further notice

    • Seniors chrome-book return on 6/2
    • Student chrome-book return and resource pick for the week of 6/8 - 6/12
    • Senior Graduation Drive-Thru Event on 6/5
    • Food distribution and pick-up for 6/1

Teachers and staff will continue to work remotely from home as usual and distance learning for K-12 students will continue to last day of school on 6/4. We will notify you when the on-site events can be safely rescheduled. Please stay safe.  Thank you.

With warmest thoughts of our students/families,

    Dr. Hang and Administration
