PARKING
Park behind the Middle School (red zone). If the Middle School lot fills up, please park on the street. Please see the visual for reference.
Please Note:
Brewster Street will be closed to all traffic from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
However, from 11:45 AM to 12:10 PM, the street will temporarily reopen to accommodate bus release for Higher Ground Academy. During this time, no student crossing will be allowed for safety reasons.

CHECK IN/OUT

ONLY immediate family members are invited (parent, guardian, sibling)

NOT ALLOWED: Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Girl/Boyfriends, Pets (exception: service animals)

Guests may park behind the Middle School building.

Family members need to check into the “check in table” upon arrival.

All guests will receive a wristband. WRISTBAND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

If parents are planning to take their student home, they must let the check-in table know and receive a wristband to give to their student(s).

PARENT PICK-UP
After 2:00 pm, Parent Pick-Up will be held at the Small High School Gym near Office A. Please see the visual for reference.

LUNCH SCHEDULE
Lunch will be served from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Please note that students will eat at different scheduled times by grade level. Families are warmly invited to join their children during lunch!
Family Seating & Serving
Parents and guardians may enjoy lunch in the North Cafeteria, using the North Serving Line designated specifically for families. Please see the visual for reference.
Yellow signs will be posted for directions to the North Cafeteria.

Please reference the visual for the lunch menu during the picnic. Dietary accommodations are AVAILABLE. Nam Va, Watermelon, and Papaya Salad will be outside all day.
