Auditing Services (Status: Open for RFP)

Hmong College Prep Academy (HCPA) is seeking proposals for the preparation of its yearly audited financial statements and related information for the three-year period beginning with fiscal year ending June 30th, 2026. The audited financial statements must be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. It must also include an expression of an opinion by the auditor on the fairness of the financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Hmong College Prep Academy (“Owner”) is seeking proposals for Architectural and Engineering (“AE”) Services as well as Construction Manager (CM) at Risk – “Design Builder”. Design Builder shall provide design and construction of parking lot and playground services as well as provide up through Schematic design of future addition to the Southeast building of the existing middle school.
